About the Role

You will work in a production-focused robotics environment where Factory IT plays a critical role in keeping operations stable, efficient and secure. In this role, you support PCs, applications and integrations used in production, while helping improve the technical landscape around them.

You will be part of a skilled Factory IT & Digitalization team and work across infrastructure, applications and support processes. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with continuous improvement, close dialogue with production technicians and collaboration with system suppliers. Job DescriptionYou will provide PC and application support in a production environment with a strong focus on stability and usability.

You will handle incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across infrastructure and applications.

You will work with change management, integrations and updates in the systems and services the team is responsible for.

You will contribute to problem management by identifying recurring issues and helping find root causes.

You will drive improvement initiatives related to processes, documentation and monitoring in the technical environments.

You will collaborate with production technicians and system suppliers to discuss and implement improvement measures.

You will help maintain and update the register of applications and tools.

RequirementsYou have 5+ years of experience and a strong interest in IT infrastructure and applications in a production environment.

You have solid knowledge of troubleshooting PCs and IT systems.

You understand how applications, integrations and infrastructure interact in a larger technical environment.

You are comfortable managing contacts with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to haveExperience with Intune and Entra.

Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, basic Linux, networking, server management and SQL.

Experience writing documentation and instructions.

Experience working in case management systems such as ServiceNow.

Experience with the Windows Server platform.

Understanding of software development processes and the ability to program and analyze in one or more programming language.

Experience working within the ITIL framework.

A university degree.
