What you will do
We are looking for an Operational Planner to play a key role in shaping the supply chain of the future within Volvo Group. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishment planning for selected Distribution Centers, monitoring performance, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions to improve service, availability, and sustainability across a global network.You will work closely with colleagues across Distribution Centers and Business Areas, and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to turn data-driven insights into business decisions. This is a diverse and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to grow your knowledge in supply chain management, digital technologies, advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native planning solutions such as PlanIT.
Your future team
You will join the DIP/OP VTB team within Service Operations & Technology (part of TTI) in Gothenburg. The team works in a collaborative environment with an explorative mindset and plays a central role across multiple areas of the global service supply chain.

Requirements:
Experience in logistics and material management, with a holistic understanding of supply chain constraints
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear conclusions and recommendations
A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, or similar
Nice to have:
Experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, and cloud platforms such as Azure
Knowledge of agile ways of working and continuous improvement
