You will work hands-on with UX and UI while also contributing to discovery and alignment across stakeholders and engineering. Job DescriptionYou will drive UX and UI design work from early exploration to more defined concepts.

You will lead and contribute to workshops and discovery sessions to clarify needs, challenges, and opportunities.

You will work closely with engineers to align design intent with implementation.

You will use tools such as Miro, Figma, and Teams in your day-to-day collaboration.

You will support simple automation processes through Co-Pilot agents where relevant.

You will help move conversations forward in settings with senior stakeholders and challenging dialogue.

RequirementsSolid experience in UX and UI design.

Ability to collaborate closely with engineers.

Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.

Hands-on experience with Miro, Figma, and Teams.

Ability to work with simple automation processes through Co-Pilot agents.

Senior level experience and confidence in managing challenging stakeholder conversations.
